SmartMan Results
SmartMan provides as much information or as little information as you want related to any practice or test performed. You can see an overall percentage score and you can re-examine the colored bars, or you may want a detailed analysis. Below is a description of the information provided.
Results are an accurate analysis of the results of every practice or test performed on SmartMan. It is possible to simply look at the color of the bars and the overall score to quick a quick idea of how well a person has done. Alternatively, you may wish to explore in detail, how various sub skills were performed. SmartMan gives you both options. It is also possible to view the overall trends of groups of results with the Admin Module. The accurate data can also be exported from the Admin module so that detailed statistical analysis can be performed. View The Results View Immediately: As soon as a practice or a test is completed, SmartMan provides a detailed report on the skills that were performed. View at a Later Time: Results are stored on the local machine under the login of each individual who performed a skill. A person can log in at a later time and View Previous Results. Understanding The Results See the section in the manual on results for each skill area for detail on the colored bars, the scores, and the detail. These are in the section on Results for each skill.
Results are an accurate analysis of the results of every practice or test performed on SmartMan. To print results you must be logged in and you must be viewing results. You view results either immediately after performing a set of skills or by going to the Actions Menu and selecting ‘View Previous Results. Once you have results showing on the screen you can print the results. Print Screen of Results: When the results are showing press the Print Screen button in the middle of the screen. This will capture the information on the current screen and can be used to make a complete record of the color bars and details of the performance. Pressing the print screen button will take a screen capture of the current screen. It will capture only the SmartMan screen. When you press the button several things will happen:
To capture different results, for example cycle two, in SmartMan click on the next cycle button and then press screen capture again and repeat the above procedure. Print Results: When the results are showing press the Print Button in the middle on the far right side of the screen. This will generate a report with the person’s login name, the type of activity performed and then detail on the overall performance along with more detail on several individual sub skills. This report is provided in an html format. As it is a form and in html, it must have Active-X in your computer set to on in order to fill the form with the data. You can then print or copy the results Results Into Word: An html form cannot be copied and pasted into Word. It will copy the form but not the data. First save the html as an MHT, MHTML, MAFF or other archive file format. Then open that file and copy it. Then paste it into Word. The latest guidelines provide several areas which indicate how well a CPR performance is helping a patient. SmartMan records and stores a great deal of information related to how well skills are performed. This information is available when the results are displayed.
