The SmartMan Admin Page is designed to provide an administrator, EMS oversight person or someone examining the board overview of skills performance with access to summary test information.

You are provided with a unique login and a password to access this information. This page allows you to display information according to which key code has been used for the registration. By identifying groups before they are tested on SmartMan, you can use a separate SmartMan key code to easily retrieve that summary information just for that particular group

The SmartMan Admin page is accessed from a web page. Yo umust be connected to the internet. Then click n this link http://www.v4ems.com/corporate/admin_login.php.

Anytime a person completes a test, the SmartMan default is to send the data to the server. The admin page is immediately updated.

If the data from a test is not sent to the server it cannot be display on the Admin Page.

There are several reasons that results might not appear ont eh Admin Page.

1. The person who logged in selected the option to turn off the internet;
2. The internet was on but the connection was poor or it was unsuccessful;
3. No internet was available when the test was done;

All data from every login is stored on the local machine where the test was performed. In order to see the summary statistics on the Admin page, that information must be submitted to the server via the internet.

This can be done after the test was taken. There are several options on how to do this.
For a few tests
Make sure that you are connected to the internet. Login as the person. Go to "View Previous Results". Select the test results which you wish to have on the server. Click continue. You will then be given the option to "submit" the results.

For a large number of tests
1. Create a zip file of all of the records. Send them to SmartMan and we will put them on the server. OR
2. Contact SmartMan for a robot that you can install on your machine. You can then connect to the internet and it will submit each of the test results one at a time.

The easiest way to make use of the data from the Admin page is to copy the table and then paste it into Excel. This gives you lots of options for performing operations and creating fancy reports with the data. It is also easy to ignore or delete any information that is not relevant to your purposes.

To do this, simply highlight all of the data in the table, copy it. Then open Excel, make sure the cursor is in cell A1. Then paste the information.
