SmartMan Bulk Registration


This utility program allows a trainer or group leader to pre-register as many people as they want. It is designed for use if you want to pre-register more than a couple dozen people at once.

How it works

1. Download the Excel Template file.
2. Fill in the information on each person.
3. Attach the file to an email and send it to us.

We pre-register all your people for you. This verifies the accuracy of the files, creates the necessary seats on the server and makes sure everything is ready to go. We then send you back a zip file.

You then:

1. Unzip the file
2. Copy the files in the records directory
   (C:\V4EMS_DATA\V4EMS_3-7\records\)

The logins can go onto multiple machines if required. When a student goes to login, they then click on their name, enter the assigned password and are ready to use SmartMan.

It saves the instructor and the students time which means they get more hands-on in the limited class time. And, because everything is registered, you can see how students progress and students can come back to view their results later.

 SmartMan Web Robot

One of the unique advantages of SmartMan is the comprehensive amount of data that is produced from each test. However, that information is valuable only if it is accessible. Often a class maybe held in a location where the internet connection is very poor or there might not be an internet connection at all.

The SmartMan Web Robot is a software program that makes sure that all of your test results and data have been properly submitted to the web server and stored for later retrieval, viewing and analysis.

With the Robot program, trainers working on many different computers and often without local internet can still enjoy the many benefits of full and accurate data recording.

How it works

1. You collect the data folders on each computer used with SmartMan and copy them all onto a memory stick.
2. Then copy all of these data folders onto a computer which is connected to the internet.
3. Run the Web Robot.

Now you have all of the results information in one place.
